Cashew cream cheese tastes a lot better than it sounds!
Ingredients:
.5 lb of raw cashews that have been soaking in water for at least 3 hours
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine the cashews with the lemon, nutritional yeast and salt and pepper. Blend the ingredients together by using an immersion blender or food processor scrapping down the sides. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to five days.
