Celery-brate YOU with Duda Farms best Celery Snacks

As the weather warms up it is easy to get caught up in our to-do lists and forget around the importance of small acts of self-care such as hydration. Staying properly hydrated may seem like a give in but so many of us don’t realize that we are chronically dehydrated and this can cause a slew of nasty side-effects. Feeling cranky? Sluggish? Weird appetite? All of these are often signs that you might actually be dehydrated! So what are we supposed to do?
Sure grabbing a large of water is great but what’s even better is creating a self-care routine that encourage daily acts to help maintain you needed level of hydration. Cue the celery! Duda Farms has been the Celery Kings for over 6 generations and it makes sense why! Dandy celery is the sweeter, crispier, crunchier, and less stringy celery brand on grocery store shelves. These qualities are exactly the reason I have found it much easier to snack on plus it is also much sweeter to juice!
So, speaking of the snacks, the classic peanut butter and celery is always great but what is also fun is how there are plenty of other ways to enjoy the childhood classic of celery sticks. Below are THREE of my favorite ways to snack on celery though out the day that I wanted to share and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Stuffed Celery Snack #1: Nacho Styled Sticks
What You Need
1/2 cup Black Bean Hummus
6 Dandy® Celery sticks, cut in half crosswise
1/2 cup Fire-roasted corn salsa
Hot sauce, for garnish (optional)
Make It
Spread 1 Tbsp. of Black Bean Hummus evenly down the center of each celery stick
Top hummus with 1 Tbsp. fire-roasted corn salsa
Garnish with a few drops of hot sauce, if using

Celery Snack #2: Cheese Cake Bites
What You Need
8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
4 tsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 Dandy® Celery sticks, cut in half crosswise
2 Graham crackers, crumbled
Chocolate sauce, for garnish
Make It
In a bowl, add the cream cheese, powdered, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Stir well to combine.
Spread 1 Tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture evenly down the center of each celery stick.
Top each with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbles.
Garnish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce

Celery Snack #3: Yogo-Coco Bites
What you Need
6 Dandy® Celery Sticks, cut in half
¾ cup mixed nut butter with seeds
¼ cup yogurt covered raisins
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
Maple syrup to drizzle
Make It
Spread a tablespoon of mixed nut butter in the center of each celery stick.
