It’s officially Holiday season and what’s better than a snack that is equal parts salty and sweet!
These cookies are easy, fun, and you can amp up the nutrients by using an almond butter and dark chocolate!

50round buttery salted crackerssuch as Ritz
1/2c.creamy peanut butter
12oz. dark chocolate
Directions:
Place about a 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on a cracker and spread out depending on the ratio of peanut butter to crack and chocolate you desire.
Top with another cracker. Repeat process until all crackers are gone.
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave stirring often so it doesn’t burn.
Drop a sandwich cookie into the chocolate. Make sure it’s covered, then remove with a fork. You can dip the full cracker or just half of it. Place cookie on wax paper. Repeat until all cookies have been dipped. Then top with sprinkles or chopped nuts and place in the freezer to dry.
Place in container and store in air tight container. These also freeze great! Place wax paper between the layers of cookies.
